Sweet Themes offers on-line purchasing and delivery all over Australia and the world.

Ordering Methods:

Simply use our online store to purchase the items you would like.  While we endeavor to fulfill all our orders as quickly as possible, occasionally, depending on the availability of the item, there may be a short delay in shipping your order to you.  If this is the case, we will always contact you to let you know of the delay and to find out whether you are happy to wait.  All other orders are ordinarily shipped within 2 working days of being received.

Payment Methods:

We accept a variety of payment methods which include:
Direct Deposit
Cheque
Money Order
Visa or
Mastercard.

Direct Deposits - if this is your preferred payment method, please select this from our list when ordering your goods and a member of our team will be in contact with you to pass on the bank account details.  Alternatively, you can contact us on 0433 278 066.  Your goods will be sent once the monies are received.

Cheque or Money Order - cheques and money orders should be made out to Sweet Themes and sent to:
P.O. Box 4121, Springfield, QLD, 4300

Credit Card Payments can be made either over the phone or through our secure credit card payment system.  Once your credit card details have been processed, they will automatically be deleted to protect your details.

Delivery Methods:

We are an internet-based business and therefore we do not have a physical shop-front.  In order to get your party products out to you as quickly, as inexpensively and as safely as possible, we use a combination of Australia Post and Fastway Courier services.

Because of our large product range we are unable to hold all items in stock all the time.  New orders are placed through our suppliers every Wednesday morning however, so orders placed by Tuesday evening of each week will have the best chance of being shipped quickly.  These days may change without prior notice but you will always be notified by one of our team.

Prices for delivery will vary depending on where you are located, the items you order and how quickly you require the goods.  If you are ordering online, our 'Postage Calculator' will always give you an estimated quote of postage and handling costs before any payment details are requested so you always know how much the postage will cost you.

Fastway Couriers offer an insured door-to-door courier service and therefore cannot deliver to any P.O. boxes, and also require a signature upon receipt of your parcel to ensure safe delivery of your goods.  Goods sent via Australia Post are not registered (unless requested by you) and therefore do not require a signature upon receipt but this also means that your goods are not insured and not guaranteed.

Here is a rough guide of delivery costs around Australia (for overseas orders the website's postage calculator does not calculate the shipping cost as there are too many variables to consider.  We will contact you to confirm the price of international shipping before sending your goods):

Brisbane Area - $9.50 (up to 25kgs)
Coffs Harbour down to Wodonga (including Sydney Area), Wide Bay up to Townsville - $12.50 (up to 5kgs)
Melbourne, Bendigo, Geelong, Adelaide, Mt Gambier, Cairns - $15.00 (up to 5kgs)

Australia Post satchels, small - $9.50 anywhere in Australia for up to 500gm and capped at $12.50 for over this weight with the exception of pinatas and extremely rural post codes. 

All other areas will need to be quoted on an individual basis.

This will not include pinatas, as they are bulky in size but light in weight.  If you have ordered a pinata, we will contact you to give you the correct price before sending.
